Tiger Global were tasked with reducing supply chain risk, increasing flexibility over international supply and provide support and creativity on range development in a fast-moving environment, all whilst maintaining comparative pricing to direct factory supply.
In one case, we were asked to innovate design on a growing hydration category to provide exclusivity whilst delivering on demanding branding and pricing requirements.
Benchmarking on hydration products in the market and utilising our understanding of storage based hydration, we improved functionality and design to evolve the fruit infuser. Utilising low cost materials and ensuring stringent compliance to food safety, we custom designed new inner compartment and provided a premium print finish that would increase brand durability. The UK and China operations teams managed full production, quality assurance, packaging and a successful Just In Time fulfilment solution.
